Inertia Island is a metal project started by guitarist and instrumentalist Patrick Woods. Originally an acoustic fingerstyle player, fate moved in another direction. The style is neo-traditional metal, with thrash overtones.
It features Patrick Woods on guitars, bass, and keyboards, Michelle Gilruth on vocals and Lleyton Brainard on drums. "The Laser Sunrise" is their very first album.
